Job Description We are seeking a knowledgeable and detail-oriented Geologist to support our geological and geotechnical projects through field investigations, data analysis, and report generation. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of earth materials and processes, and experience with mapping, sampling, and interpreting geological data to support exploration, development, and environmental decisions. Relocation to Kuwait (contact for 5 months). Key Responsibilities: Responsibility to provide Geological Prognosis of the pre-drill wells Well Correlation and Formation top picking correlating with offset wells Understanding in the structural framework updating Horizontal Well Correlation with the neighboring wells Responsible for quick map generation using the well data Timely Pore-pressure Analysis, Field or Well Report analysis Site visit and understand the surface location for well planning Analysis of Daily Geological Report (DGR) and Mudlog data Responsible to do basic well planning integrating sub-surface data and surface location Required Education and Skills: Bachelor’s degree in Geology, Earth Sciences, or a related field (Master’s preferred for senior roles) 10+ years of professional experience in geological fieldwork, exploration, or environmental assessments Proficiency in geological software (e.g., DSG, DS Petrophysics, Petrel, Techlog or similar) Preferred Database understanding: OpenWorks, EDM, Studio Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent written and verbal communication abilities What We Offer Our employees are the main asset of Rubius.
