What you will do

Build and improve computer vision and machine learning models for AI-powered tennis video analysis.
Work across the full CV/ML pipeline, including dataset quality, model evaluation, failure-mode diagnosis, and targeted experimentation.
Develop custom tracking, smoothing, temporal decoding, and model interpretation logic.
Improve model robustness for diverse real-world video conditions and optimize cloud-based video processing pipelines.
Deploy and optimize inference on edge and mobile devices using technologies such as ONNX, Core ML, and TensorFlow Lite.
Independently assess technical problems, recommend experiments, implement improvements, and communicate trade-offs under Head of Engineering or CTO guidance.

Requirements

3–6 years of professional experience.
Strong practical computer vision experience, especially with real-world video.
Strong Python and PyTorch experience.
Experience with object detection, object tracking, classification, or keypoint-based models.
Experience with dataset strategy, annotation quality, validation design, metric interpretation, and production-level model robustness.
Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field; excellent verbal and written English.

Nice to have

Sports video analytics experience.
Ball, racket, puck, or other fast-moving object tracking experience.
Experience working with smartphone-recorded or consumer-quality video.
