HEAD OF LEGAL
Cyprus | Both Rus/Eng must be fluent. Relocation from Russia, CIS & Europe is available & under discussion
Compensation: 10k euro per month.

Main responsibilities:
Support for a wide range of investment transactions in the stock market;
Legal support for investment transactions in the real estate market;
Corporate law (Cyprus, UK, UAE, Russia);
Control and management of contractual matters;
Litigation department;
Related matters: audit, accounting, tax issues;
Management of a legal department (5 people);
Resolving real estate disputes in various countries;
Coordination with local lawyers and attorneys for litigation regarding real estate defects.
