Key responsibilities:

✅Preparation of internal and client presentations and discussion materials
✅Pricing and quantitative analysis of derivative and structured finance transactions
✅Coordination of approval and execution processes with relevant departments and support functions
✅Preparation of transaction term sheets
✅Preparation of internal credit applications and materials
✅Presenting structured solutions to the clients
